About Van Girls

The Van Girls

London based Van Girls was started at the end of 2011, providing a reliable alternative to the traditional man and van service. Our drivers and movers will collect and transport whatever you need to move, whenever you need to move it, all with the utmost care and attention to detail. From domestic removals to commercial moves, trade fair and exhibition transport, art moving or shop pick ups, we know your possessions are precious to you, and we pride ourselves on ensuring they arrive in the pristine condition they left in.

We have already enjoyed great success, forging some fruitful relationships with both commercial and domestic customers. Becoming thought of as a trustworthy, reliable service by our customers is something we take very seriously.

We only employ strong, friendly and helpful movers, so you can rest assured that your belongings, your home or your business are all in the safest of hands.

About Van Girls

So, who are the Van Girls?

You might like to know some of the previous jobs and crazy physical challenges some of our Van Girls have done as it might give you an idea of why we’re so good at what we do. This may sound like boasting but we’re very proud of the team we’ve put together.

Among us we have former and current employees of the Army, RAF, Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service. Then there’s the electrician, carpenter, comedian, personal trainer and outdoor pursuits instructor.

Between them they have played football for some great teams, semi professionally, for the forces and for England. We also have hockey players, rugby players, runners and endurance racers.

The Van Girls love pushing themselves to the limit and among their more crazy achievements are winning the Rat Race, something called The Beast (eek!), Survival of the Fittest, winning London’s Fittest Firefighter 2012, lots of London Marathons between us, London to Brighton Bike Ride, London to Brighton Run Challenge (62 miles!) the Three Peaks Challenge and Row to Rio!
